What are the

building has it own Olympic size heated swimming pool, cabana area,
recreational / social room and library area. Views of the intracoastal

Residences
can not be rented but may be occupied for short visits by immediate family. No
pets of any kind are permitted. Parking is limited to one car per apartment.
Each building has limited guest parking.
Laundry
facilities of two washers and two dryers are found on each residential floor.
The Original building recently passed a proposal that will allow washer and
dryers in the individual units.
Social
activities are planned for all major holidays, and weekly movies, bingo and bridge playing are some of the activities enjoyed by the
residents. Group packages for the

shopping of grocery, pharmacies, and specialty shops of all types are found
within a mile of the buildings. Restaurants of many and varied
themes are found within a few minutes walking distance of the residences.
Stroll the tree lined streets for your early morning or evening walks for

in themselves.
